Women's Leadership Conference - Power of 10

10 March 2017

Date: 10 March 2017
Time: 08:45 - 16.30
Location: Titanic Belfast
Early Bird Price: £85 + vat (ends 05 January 2017)

The 2017 IoD Women’s Leadership Conference will be a celebration of success – of women in leadership roles and of the conference itself. The theme for this year’s Conference, in its 10th year, will be ‘The Power of Ten.’

We are delighted to welcome back our ‘entertaining and engaging’ host Susan Hayes-Culleton and the conference will feature many of the key elements that delegates have come to expect from the event.

These will include keynote speakers, practical learning sessions, roundtable discussion and, of course, the opportunity to engage with delegates from across a diverse range of sectors.

Our very popular ‘marketplace’ will also feature in the programme, giving delegates the opportunity to view (and purchase) the products of companies run by local women.

Although the day will have a particular focus on women as leaders, it will appeal equally to men attending the event, as it is intended to help delegates build their leadership ‘toolkit’ as they join us every year.

A new element for the 2017 conference is the introduction of a bursary award. 4 or 5 growth companies in the 3-5 year old stage will pitch for this award. Short video clips detailing the work of the companies will be played at the conference, after which they will participate in a short live pitching session. The conference delegates will then select the winner.
