The Institute of Directors exists to help, support, advise and set standards for directors.

Representing the business leaders of Northern Ireland, the Division has almost 900 directors and senior decision makers from all sectors of the economy.

IoD Northern Ireland is based in the peaceful surroundings of Queen’s University Executive Education Centre at Riddel Hall, Stranmillis, just a short journey from Belfast City Centre, M1, M2, Westlink and main arterial routes. 

IoD Northern Ireland members are guided by Chairman Ian Sheppard and Director Linda Brown and supported by Head of Business Development Lisa Keys and Administrator Julie-Anne Clarke.

The key elements of IoD Northern Ireland activity are:
