Time: 08:45 - 16.30
Location: Titanic Belfast
Cost: Members and Non-Members - £90 + VAT
Speakers at this year’s Women’s Leadership Conference - including Anne Morrison, Chair of BAFTA - will cover such topics as breaking new markets, improving performance, recruiting Generation Z, tackling negative behaviours, and leadership in digital transformation. The Conference is supported by KPMG, NIE Networks, Pinsent Masons, Translink, Clarendon Executive and The Spa at The Merchant.
Once again IoD NI and the Chief Executives’ Forum are organising the conference at Titanic Belfast. The speaker line up will also include Deborah Mitchell, founder of the global skincare empire, Heaven; Colette Kidd, Head of Talent Development at Kainos; and Dame Mary Peters, President of the Mary Peters Trust, which supports rising new sports stars.
Keith Hatter of Planet K2 will address his organisation's expertise in sports performance improvement to the workplace, and Ricky Drain from Toward will help delegates think about how negative behaviours in an organisation can incubate and exacerbate a crisis. If you haven't completed Toward's Canary survey, email us. Our fourth workshop will be a lively session with Niall McKeown from ionology, who will challenge your thinking on how your organisation is utilising technology.
Susan Hayes Culleton, an outstanding event chairperson, will host the day, which will feature the popular Marketplace showcasing the produce of companies run by local business women. And the goody bags look like exceeding expectations!
