In a fast paced business environment, embracing the advancement of technologies and innovative thinking will help progress your business. Our first Young Directors Conference will focus on Achieving Success in a Digital Age, offering Young Directors an event filled with learning, practical tips and the opportunity to engage with like minded business professionals from a range of sectors.

This conference hosted by Aly McElroy, The Satya Project will combine a mix of keynote speakers with a choice of practical masterclasses and a facilitated discussion designed to provide ‘take home’ tips and techniques. The event will finish with drinks, great food from the barbecue and the chance to view some new Maserati cars.

Delegate will hear from keynote speaker Kieran Harte, General Manager for Uber Ireland & Northern Ireland. Kieran has worked for some of Ireland's best known digital brands including and Originally hailing from Australia, Kieran has years of working with disruptive digital business models across the world.

We are also pleased to welcome The Tweeting Goddess, Samantha Kelly as a conference speaker. Samantha is a social media strategist, speaker and trainer. She is the owner of the Tweeting Goddess Social Media Agency, taking the name from her Twitter handle @tweetinggoddess!

Delegates will select a masterclass to attend and details of these will be circulated in advance of the conference.

The masterclasses will be presented by Samantha Kelly, Tweeting Goddess, Dean Langasco, The Web Bureau and John McKee, Linkubator.

The event begins with lunch at 12 noon and finishes with a barbecue and drinks at 5.15pm
